Kendrick Lamar just released a music video to go with his new song HUMBLE. A lot of the imagery used in HUMBLE ties in perfectly with the Jesus imagery depicted in this video. This wasn’t necessarily pertinent to this video, I just thought it was dope.

Today’s comedy Speed Paint / Speed Art piece features one of the most respected rappers in the music industry today, K Dot aka Kendrick Lamar.
Kendrick Lamar has been noted as one of the most talented rappers in history because of his amazing lyricism and the deep poetic messages which are strung through out his songs. Whether you look at his earlier projects such as 2010’s Overly Dedicated or if you look at some of his more recent work such as To Pimp a Butterfly you will see his lyrical genius shinning through the bars that make up each verse of practically every song.
Kendrick Lamar most recently released a single, The Heart Part 4, the song which this Speed Painting took its inspiration. In The Heart Part 4 Kendrick deems himself a savior of Rap and the Greatest Rapper Alive, claims that man people, including myself, feels that he certainly has the talent and portfolio to back up.
The Heart Part 4 is definitely one of my favorite more recent songs by Kendrick Lamar.
